The question why I didn't play any WOTM? Yes. I don't own one.

I would certainly want to challenge the Gold Medal, I would like to participate in an SGOTM, I would like to buy BTS and play the BOTM, I know that my skills are still far inferior to the real elites like the legendary AbarachAmadan, Lexad, Grey Cardinal and Balbes and have great room for improvement. However, I won't play any Civ IV, at least for a very long while. Actually, I will quit computer gaming at this stage of my life. My Ph.D. degree will be due in the next summer, I am involved in 3-4 papers to be submitted in this month and the next month, I haven't even started to write my thesis, I need to find a job, and possibly a girlfriend... Real life becomes too much in the way. And I cannot see, in the future, any chance that I can still have the time to play such a demanding and addictive game as Civ since I might be still busy for years.

So, thanks again and goodbye to everyone! Especially I want to thank all the GOTM staffs who created and managed such a great challenge, a great environment and a great society. And thanks all the spoiler writers from Civ III to Civ IV. I learned a lot from the spoiler threads, not only the skills for playing Civ, but also the right ways to accomplish a task, no matter it is gaming or RL.

I value the Eptathlon award very highly and take great pride in receiving it. And I think that it is great to end my gaming life with such a precious award. Thank you all.
